Children (up to 5 years old) stay free when occupying their parents' room, using existing bedding. As determined by Federal Law 8,069, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. Upon check in, a photo ID must be presented that proves identity and affiliation. If the minor is accompanied by a guardian or just one of the parents, he / she must present the accommodation authorization for the minor signed by his / her parents with a notarized signature.

Payment methods

The card informed in the reservation in case of rates with payment at the hotel will undergo a pre-authorization to verify that it is valid and that it has sufficient funds, but will not be charged. In the case of fares with full or partial prepayment, the card will be charged immediately after completing the reservation in accordance with the fare policy.
